The goal is to dedicate a program creating a team that will not only qualify, but compete at the South Regionals and possibly the Crossfit Games. As coaches (and teammates) we are committed to help each person reach their highest potential.
Initially, each individual must be competent in each aspect of Crossfit: Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular/muscular endurance. They will be given priority based, individualized programming, on top of class work outs, to develop the athlete into a all-around competitor.
